This service is also offered to coaches, professional teams and national governing bodies of sport on a much larger scale. This provides not only assistance in the areas of physiology and nutrition but also includes the development of additional members that can serve as a support team to athletes and coaches. Krista works with national governing bodies of sport to provide high performance planning, coaching education, long term athlete development and sport specific fitness testing.
